[Change] Report Documents about Off-Campus Study Plus

The following change has been made to the travel report documents that the recipients must submit within two weeks after completing their off-campus study.
*This change applies to the travel report submissions from May 17, 2023.

 【Before】 Documents to be submitted: Outcome of Business Report + A copy of a travel report completed on the Purchase Request System

 【After】 Documents to be submitted: Outcome of Business Report

You are not required to submit a copy of a travel report to the Project Office, but you are still required to submit the Outcome of Business Travel via the Purchase Request System.

If we find any changes (especially the period of study, destination, and whether or not other financial supports are being offered concurrently) from your application without notification, the allocated budget may be reduced or canceled even after the off-campus study has been completed. Please report any changes correctly and promptly.
