All SPRING (SE) supported students are required to attend this event.
Please be sure to make your schedule accordingly.

* Non-participation will be regarded as failure to fulfill obligations (except in cases of truly unavoidable circumstances).

Cross-border Exchange Workshop is:

The Science Tokyo SPRING Cross-border Exchange Workshop is an annual event where Science Tokyo SPRING (Science and Engineering) supported students gather to present and exchange their research and initiatives, and to make new discoveries and learn from each other.

Participants:

All SPRING (SE) supported students
*Including the continuing supported students in the “Tokyo Tech Advanced Human Resource Development Fellowship for Doctoral Students”
*Including newly supported students who were selected in Fall FY 2024

Date and time:

【Block A】　Monday, March 3, 2025   2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Registration starts at 2:10 p.m.)
【Block B】　Tuesday, March 4, 2025   9:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. (Registration starts at 9:10 a.m.)
【Block C】　Tuesday, March 4, 2025   2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Registration starts at 2:10 p.m.)

　Approximately 360 students will participate in either block A, B, or C.
　You can attend other sessions if you like.

Location:

Taki Plaza  B2F, Ookayama Campus, Science Tokyo

Contents (TBD):

Research and Off-campus study presentations (total of 2 per block), poster session by D3 students, social events, etc.

If you wish to change your block of participation or if you are unable to participate, only under truly unavoidable circumstances, please contact us using the Workshop Contact Form. Please explain this to your academic supervisor in advance before submitting the form.

The deadline for contacting the above is Friday, January 10, 2025, 10 a.m.
If you have a circumstance that prevents you from determining your attendance by the deadline, please first contact us using the form above to that effect before the deadline. Please select “Others” under the item ” The reason why you contacted us this time” on the form, and indicate the reason and when you can make a decision and contact us by. If we do not hear from you by the above deadline, we will automatically assume that you will attend the designated block.
