We are pleased to announce the workshop dates for 2024.
All SPRING (SE) supported students are required to attend this event. Please make sure to keep your schedule open for both dates.

If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances such as off-campus study, you do not need to contact us at this time.
(We will inform you of the procedure later.)

Outline

Participant: All SPRING (SE) supported students
　* Including the continuing supported students in the “Tokyo Tech Advanced Human Resource Development Fellowship for Doctoral Students” or “Cross the border! Tokyo Tech pioneering doctoral research project”
　* Including the new supported students who were selected in the fall FY2024.
Dates: Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on both days (tentative)
Place: Ookayama Campus

We split the students in half and have them attend one of the dates. You cannot choose which dates to attend. Please make sure to reserve both dates.

The time has not yet been decided. We will contact you as soon as the details are finalized.
