If you are considering applying, please read the application information carefully and submit the required documents by the deadline.

Step.2 Online application formApplication period: 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 25 – Noon, Wednesday, May 31

Please register using the application form below.
When submitting the online application form, the URL for [Step 3. Application Documents] will be displayed in the last part of the form. You will also find it at the end of the automatic email you receive after submitting the online form.

You can correct your answers to the online application form even after submission until the deadline. Please edit it by yourself by clicking the “回答を編集(Edit Answers)” button on the automatic email. Changes to answers after noon, Wednesday, May 31 will not be accepted.

Step.3 Application DocumentsApplication period: 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 25 – Noon, Wednesday, May 31

Please submit the following 2 documents to the URL indicated by [Step.2 Online application form].

The Application form must be downloaded and the required information must be filled in there.
Paper documents are not required. We do not accept postal or direct submission at the office.

No changes or resubmissions will be accepted after submission. Please submit your application with due care.
The same will apply to applications that are incomplete, such as those that do not have all the required documents, and they will be reviewed as is.
Any applicant who makes false statements in the application documents will be disqualified from the examination, and the application may be cancelled even after it has been adopted.

Step.4 Preliminary screening (document review)

Screening will be conducted based on the submitted documents (application form and transcript).
Some applicants may be accepted or rejected without an interview based on the results of the document screening (the first round selection).

Step.5 Second screening (interview)
Tuesday, July 4 or Wednesday, July 5, about 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (both days)

* The time and method of the interview will be notified to eligible applicants by Thursday, June 29.

Only those candidates who are eligible for the second round selection will be contacted based on the results of the first round selection. The second round selection will determine acceptance or rejection through interview.
Interview times will be specified. As a rule, changes to the designated interview time cannot be accommodated, so please make sure to keep your schedule.

Step.6 Announcement of selection results  Noon, Wednesday, July 12

The names of successful applicants will be published on the website.
The results of the first round of selection will not be announced in advance. Only successful applicants will be posted after all selections have been made.
Successful applicants must immediately fill out the designated form to indicate acceptance or non-acceptance.

Step.7 Notification of alternative candidates  As needed

In the event that one of the successful applicants declines the offer, the applicant will be moved up to the alternate status.
Only those who have been accepted as alternates will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Step.8 Announcement of confirmed recipientsScheduled to be announced on Tuesday, October 3

The information will be posted on the website.
After the selected applicants have been confirmed, if any of those applicants decide to withdraw from the project, we may additionally select runners-up as alternative candidates from those who were not selected. An additionally selected student may receive funding for the same period as the student who withdrew.
